Conditions governing the on-line sale of goods and products from the ELETTROSERVICE SNC company, headquartered in Viale Istria 1-31015 Conegliano (TV), to the consumer customer. Consumers will have to enter all the required data and accept all these terms and conditions without reservation or modification. It is therefore necessary to read the content of this contract proposal in its entirety to get to know all the terms, such as the provisions of the law on privacy (from Law Decree no. 196/2003, and subsequent amendments), to be considered an integral part of this document .
- How to get the discount for dealers or technicians: register by entering your VAT number. Once registered as a dealer at the checkout, with every new order, it will automatically subtract the discount from the total amount. Contract Conditions and update of the Directive 2005/29/EC of the European Parliament and Council: purchases and shipments are valid only in Italian and European EU1 territory.
It is clarified that "Consumer" means any natural person acting for purposes unrelated to his profession. This online sale takes place by means of distance communication technologies made available by the Supplier through the website www.ricambixstufe.it
Consumers who sign the contract claim, for the mere fact of their membership, to be in possession of the abilities required by the law to make an order, they must be adults.
With the acceptance of the order the Consumer is entitled to buy the goods and products that the Seller has in the online catalog. These goods and products are subject to modifications or eliminations at any time at the discretion of the seller, without this constituting a cause for a withdrawal from the contract or source of responsibility of the Seller. The seller agrees however to signal for time the variations of goods and products in the online catalog. The Seller assures through the computer system the immediate processing and fulfillment and for this purpose indicates, in real time, in its online catalog, only those products available under the terms established, as well as the sending time allowed for each one. The delivery times for specific, personalized and / or customized products will be described in the respective technical data sheets on the online catalog.
All the prices of the online products on display, illustrated in the catalog and in the related fact sheets, are already finished, and each price will be confirmed at the time of the order confirmation, adding the transport costs that will be displayed at the time of the purchase. The cost of transport is always specified. Surcharges will be applied for deliveries on the islands and the italian region Calabria. List prices may change at any moment, and the Seller is not required to notify it. Before the final confirmation of the order, the consumer can view the unit costs of the products, the transport costs and the totals in the summary of the expenses. For shipments outside Italy you must request a quotation by writing to info@ricambixstufe.it
The computer system of the Supplier will confirm in real time the successful order registration, by submitting the user a confirmation email. Upon completion of the transaction, confirming the purchase, the consumer will receive an e-mail message containing the number, the date and the total amount of the order. The submitted orders will be binding on the Seller only if the consumer will receive confirmation by e-mail that the whole order process has been duly completed, that the payment has been authorized and that the products are available. The Consumer should print the confirmation e-mail and keep it, or contact the seller in case of the non-receipt of the e-mail. The Seller may cancel orders in the event the product is finished and no longer available on the market and promises to inform the client to communicate the cancellation or the delivery.
Through the website, by using the preferred mode of payment choosing between bank transfer, PayPal or COD.
The order will begin from the receipt of the payment. These times will be added to the pre-set time for delivery of the purchased object.
The contribution for the transport is calculated automatically. The DDT and / or invoice will be delivered together with the product. Before the shipment, we premise that the preparation times are of 1/2 working days, and the shipment begins only if the order has been paid. The transport of the package and / or merchandise is carried out throughout Italy and EU Europe through the chosen mode. Delivery times may vary depending on the location, the volume and weight of the goods. On average, the products are delivered in one working day for central and northern Italy, and 2-3 working days for the south and the islands.
Upon delivery, the customer must check:
1. The integrity of the parcel and that it is not damaged or wet, that it corresponds to the normal characteristics of a parcel.
2. The correspondence of the number of packages with those listed on the carrier letter.
3. The signing of delivery documents involves the unconditional acceptance of the goods by the customer.
4. Any disputes must be raised immediately to the carrier; failing that, the product is considered delivered correctly; all the documents in the package should be preserved by the consumer.
5. The contestation of the parcel must be made, first of all, to the courier who made the delivery by calling, if available, a toll free number or any other number provided, or the nearest office. Then send by e-mail the complaint to info@ricambixstufe.it, with photos and a description of how the package and the goods were found, time and day of delivery, processing number issued by the courier who made the delivery.
6. We will not accept complaints after 5 days from receipt of goods.
In case of discrepancies the consumer will have to reject the goods and contest directly to the carrier.
Only if there's a match for the number of packages and verified the integrity of the packages, the consumer will have to sign the delivery note, as this action implies the acceptance without reservation of the goods even if they're insured. The Seller assumes no responsibility for problems due to force majeure of any nature or kind, in the case he fails to give effect to the contract within the agreed time, and also will not be responsible for damage caused by the carrier of materials taken from the warehouse Elettroservice SNC.
The payment of the purchased products and their shipping costs will be paid by the consumer when the order is confirmed by the use of the available payment systems, indicated online.
The Consumer declares to have read and fully accept and confirm the condition of sale and payment set forth in this purchase document. The consumer who no longer wishes the merchandise must send an email of cancellation within 1 day from the signing of this contract / order. He also agrees to read, print and preserve the conditions of sale contained herein as provided by Articles 3 and 4 of D. L.vo 185/99. It's strictly forbidden to fake personal data and / or invent them in the order forms. It's also expressly forbidden to enter data of third persons or make multiple recordings to a single consumer. The Seller reserves the right to pursue in court such actions and any fraudulent action against him and / or to other consumers.
To get the discount for retailers or C.A.T, you must register by entering your VAT number: the system will check the authenticity.
All the products are guaranteed by the manufacturer or producer as required by the international standards; normally the scheduled period is two years.
To make a warranty claim you can simply present the coupon along with the purchase invoice of the product, which are received with the goods.
It is specified that this right is reserved only to natural persons, that are the private consumers acting for purposes unrelated to their profession. It is not expected the withdrawal right for legal and physical persons acting professionally in reference to the purchase contract. The right of withdrawal is excluded, and therefore the consumer can't exercise it, in case of the purchase of tailored or personalized goods or of products which, by their nature, can't be returned or are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly, in reference to the Article 5, second paragraph, letter c) of the Legislative Decree 185/99 and the 2005/29 / EC Directive of the European Parliament and Council. To the customer acting as a consumer it's granted the right to cancel the contract, as required by Legislative Decree no. 185 of 1999 and DIRECTIVE 2005/29 / EC OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the consumer who has made a purchase must:
a) Communicate by registered letter his intention to withdraw from the purchase within 10 working days from the date of receipt of the sent goods;
b) Anticipate the communication by email to info@ricambixstufe.it
c) Upon reception of the communication, the customer service will quickly contact the customer informing him of the returning mode.
The customer shall promptly make the shipment, making sure to pack carefully the goods where possible by inserting it into an outer box without damaging the original packaging with adhesive tapes, labels etc. The product must be returned with its original packaging with all its parts and accessories, including any warranties, instructions, licenses, cables, labels, etc. The shipping costs and responsibility for the goods during shipment, as provided by law, shall be borne by the customer: it is therefore recommended to ensure the products during the shipment from the chosen courier. If a damage occurred during transportation restitution, Elettroservice SNC will communicate the same to the customer within five working days from the receipt of goods, allowing them to complain to the courier used for the transport. The damaged goods will be available for the return and the withdrawal request will be simultaneously canceled. After the receipt of the goods, Elettroservice SNC will verify their integrity. In case of detection of any damage, such as to not undermine the use of the product, or tampering (not due to transportation), or in case the object is hard to restore to its original condition of sale, electronic material grading or packed with tools outside of the manual, then Elettroservice SNC will retain a share of maximum 50% of the value of the asset, attributable to recovery costs.
Without prejudice to any repair costs for damages assessed, Elettroservice SNC will refund within 30 days the whole amount of the goods purchased, excluding the costs of collection and payment execution costs by bank transfer in the bank account specified by the customer in the form of withdrawal. The right of withdrawal is lost if the product is returned:
▪ damaged (for reasons other than transportation)
▪ with incomplete or missing parts, accessories and components including instruction manuals, user licenses, warranties, labels, etc.
◦ We are not responsible for any errors that the consumer has made/provided during the purchase of the product / s there that he himself inserted into the cart, without asking us for additional information or specifications, so the goods sold for errors due to wrong data will be collected only with free port, with a penalty of 20% of the value of the property. This value is a reset value of the asset, or an offer made in order to take back the expenses incurred. This shall also have effect with barter agreements, or other similar products.

Invoices will be sent by regular mail, we are not responsible for any inconveniences caused by errors or delays of the Italian Post Office. It's likely that the documents will be included in the package, and in the case of the loss of the transport document you can request a copy either by fax, telephone or e-mail to the Costumer Service.
