How can I pay?

You can buy with a credit card via Paypal, with a bank transfer, Postepay and cash-on-delivery (payment to the carrier).

How much is shipping?

The cost of delivery varies depending on the zip code. For an accurate calculation, just insert the products in the cart. If you want to pay to the carrier upon receipt of the parcel there is a surcharge of 5 €. For abroad shipping you must request a quotation to the email info@ricambixstufe.it

Can I pick up the product directly at the store?

Certainly, it is sufficient to wait for the confirmation, via email or telephone, of the actual availability of the product. You can find the directions to reach us and times of our store in the contact page.

With which courier will it be shipped?

Our orders are usually shipped with Bartolini. If the customer isn't present at the time of delivery, a notification will be left with a phone number in order to arrange another delivery.

How soon will I receive my order?

Once the payment (which is immediate, if the customer uses Paypal) is checked, we will execute the order within a few hours.

What kind of guarantee do the products have?

The products all have a warranty of two years, as required by the Italian law.
