1. Data Controller:

   • The Company is the data controller for the collection and processing of personal data. Customer requests can be directed to MENEGALDO IVAN at the company's headquarters or via email at elettroservice25@legalmail.it.

2. Purpose of Processing:

   • The Customer's data will be processed to allow access to the dedicated online sales section of the website and to perform administrative, commercial, accounting, and fiscal activities. Additionally, information regarding products, services, and initiatives of the Company may be sent via email.

3. Confidentiality and Data Sharing:

   • The Company undertakes to treat the Customer's data confidentially and not to disclose it to unauthorized persons. Data will only be communicated to delegated subjects for the execution of contractual commitments and for technical, informational, and marketing management activities.

4. Profiling and Automated Decisions:

   • The Company does not engage in customer profiling or adopt automated decision-making procedures.

5. Data Retention:

   • Data will be retained for the time necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, in compliance with legal terms.

6. Customer Rights:

   • The Customer has the right to access, rectify, delete, limit processing, and object to the processing of their data.

7. Consent Withdrawal:

   • The Customer can withdraw consent for marketing activities by following the procedure for removal from the mailing list.

8. Data Protection Officer:

   • The data protection officer is MENEGALDO IVAN.

9. Complaint to the Supervisory Authority:

   • The Customer has the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority, the Guarantor for the protection of personal data.

10. Data Communication to Third Parties and Data Transfer:

    • Personal data will be communicated only to delegated subjects for the execution of contractual commitments and will not be transferred outside the European Union.

The provision of data is a contractual obligation for online purchases, while the lack of consent to processing for marketing activities will result in the absence of advertising and informational communications.
